About this role
- Lead strategic planning and ops support for high-value / high-potential overseas clients and RM (Relationship Manager) service ops
- Build models/algorithms to identify high-value segments; optimize client allocation by RM capacity, coverage, and productivity tiers for refined segmentation ops
- Translate RM performance and incentive schemes into KPIs by capacity and segment; track, analyze, and manage performance
- Set high-value client strategies; orchestrate product/service mix and campaign execution in RM-led engagement scenarios
- Design a lifecycle management framework; partner with acquisition, brand, and platform teams to convert non-high-value clients into high-value via RM engagement
- Run performance reviews, data analysis, and RM service-process tracking; lift RM productivity through a PDCA closed loop (design → execute → data → optimize)
- Use AI tools to boost daily work and business ops efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's from top-tier university
- 3+ years in high-value/KA client ops, RM sales ops/enablement, or relationship management at a leading securities firm, bank, internet-finance, or fintech; must have owned core metrics (client-base, AUM, and revenue growth)
- Hands-on investing in overseas markets (US/HK equities, options, and/or crypto); familiar with overseas competitors; able to surface trader needs and pain points; highly sensitive to market trends and opportunities
- Prior RM experience preferred; conversant with high-value client service challenges and able to deliver solutions that lift RM effectiveness and productivity
- Strong business-data analysis and insight; turns data into actionable strategy and execution plans
- Data-driven, user-centric, commercially acute; adept at strategy execution, cross-functional stakeholder management, and project management
- Fluent English; business Japanese a plus
