About the Role We’re seeking a User Experience Designer to join Secfi and help craft clear, compelling digital experiences for our customers. You’ll turn complex fintech concepts into intuitive interfaces that empower users to make informed financial decisions. What You'll Do
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are accessible and scalable.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate user needs into elegant solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Champion accessible and inclusive design practices across products. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fintech or financial services is a plus. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
