Job title: User Experience Designer
About the Role Secfi is seeking a User Experience Designer to help craft intuitive interfaces for our fintech products serving customers in the Netherlands. You will translate complex requirements into clean, accessible designs and collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to improve user outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Create user-centered designs and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements and measure impact.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Develop and maintain design systems, components, and documentation.
- Advocate for accessible and inclusive design.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in UX design for digital products; portfolio required.
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) and basic prototyping.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of user research methods and analytics.
Nice to Have
- Fintech experience or knowledge of financial planning tools.
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B software.
- Dutch language skills or experience working in the Netherlands.
