About the Role

This role is part of a team responsible for the daily administration of corporate-sponsored benefits and compensation programs, with a primary focus on U.S. Retirement & Savings and Pension plans (401(k), defined benefit, and deferred compensation). It supports communication, administration, and compliance, and partners with Health and Group Benefits and other compensation programs. Reports to the Manager, U.S. Benefits; aligns with the Total Rewards COE. What You'll Do

  • Attend regular vendor calls

  • Escalate/resolve issues with management, HR, employees, and retirees

  • Develop and deploy employee communication materials

  • Manage plan funding requests, billing, and reports to Treasury/Finance

  • Reconcile plan expenses with record keeper, trust, and auditors

  • Coordinate HRIS/payroll data feeds, deductions, and reports

  • Validate data transmissions and update process documentation

  • Coordinate employee enrollment testing

  • Maintain plan documents; support IRS Form 5500, SARs, SPD updates; assist with plan audits

  • Keep current on plan provisions; support governance committees

  • Respond to union benefit information requests

  • Compile reports and analyze issues/trends

  • Support audits, reconciliations, and reporting

  • Participate in project teams; support system changes and initiatives

  • Seek process improvements; maintain procedure documents

  • Perform other duties as assigned and build positive work relationships What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2-3 years in U.S. Retirement & Savings and Pension programs

  • Strong business knowledge; ability to interpret policies

  • Analytical/problem-solving, decision-making, organization, and communication skills

  • Ability to handle high workload and deadlines Nice to Have

  • Experience with IRS Form 5500, SARs, SPD updates; annual plan audits

  • Project management experience; cross-functional collaboration; union negotiation support

  • Familiarity with data feeds and system changes Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $66,700 - $93,160 per year

  • Eligible for Ball’s annual incentive compensation plan
