The Staff Pad has partnered with a large, physician-led, independent not-for-profit health system to recruit a Urologist for a well-established specialty practice serving a broad regional population in Southern, IL.

Schedule: Full-Time | Employed Urology Position
Practice : Primarily Outpatient, with Inpatient Coverage
Position Highlights

Strong clinical and surgical support across OR, ICU, ER, and inpatient units

Priority OR block time for the Urologic Department, with access to:

Practice & Facility Highlights:

47-bed hospital with 10 room Emergency Department (no trauma designation)

5 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room available

1 Urology room with a Uroview table

On-site CRNA anesthesia team

Clinic volume: Expect to see 18-22 patients per day in a fully staffed outpatient setting

Shared call coverage with dedicated locums taking first call responsibility
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

Experienced physicians and new graduates welcome
What You Can Expect
Compensation & Incentives

Base compensation: $700,000 year-one income guarantee + 100,000 sign-on Bonus

Upto $15000 relocation assistance

5%+ annual quality bonus based on mutually agreed-upon department goals
