About the Role The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, seeks a board-certified or board-eligible full-time Urogynecologist and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgeon (URPS) to join a top-tier, collaborative team. This 100% clinical teaching position is based at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and affiliated clinics, with a mission to educate, provide excellent clinical care, and contribute to academic activity.
What You'll Do
- Develop an active clinical practice.
- Teach medical students and residents.
- Attend meetings, participate in governance, and prepare teaching materials.
- Evaluate and develop curriculum for the department and/or college.
- Serve as an adviser for students and residents.
- Serve on department or hospital committees.
- Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of the role's responsibilities.
- Render service to the professional or lay community relevant to the specialty.
- Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University-related communications.
- Other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Medical Degree (MD or DO).
- Completion of a board-certified residency program and formal Fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS).
- Ohio medical license.
- Board certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS); candidates expected to be fully boarded within five years.
- Interest in developing and maintaining an active clinical practice, medical and resident teaching, and other academic or research activities.
