What You'll Do
- Support recruitment activities by utilizing AI tools to answer candidate questions, schedule interviews, and capture pre-screening information.
- Ensure alignment with candidate qualifications and maintain privacy in accordance with Gallagher's Global Applicant Privacy Statement.
- Guard against unintended uses, unauthorized access, and potential harm of AI systems.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to provide a transparent and efficient candidate experience.
- Communicate changes and updates to candidates and stakeholders.
