About the Role The role is an entry-level, unskilled production labor position at Bachoco USA's Foods facilities. You will work at assigned or multiple stations during the afternoon shift, support production needs, and may fill in for coworkers as needed. There are no supervisory duties.

What You'll Do

• Work at assigned production stations or other stations as needed, as directed by the supervisor.
• Fill in for other production employees due to absences, vacations, or production needs.

What We're Looking For

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to read basic words and numbers; print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to count and perform simple math.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions; handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger or handle, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work in wet and/or humid conditions; exposure to moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; extreme hot temperatures and loud noise; occasional exposure to high places, chemicals, outside weather, and extreme cold.
• Adaptability to changes in the work environment and to frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; follow instructions and management direction; commit to long hours when necessary to reach goals.
• Follow safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly.
