About the Role The role performs various, unskilled production labor duties at Bachoco Foods locations as assigned by the Supervisor. It is a safety-sensitive position with a Monday–Friday night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) and requires flexibility to work at different stations and cover for other employees as needed. What You'll Do
- Perform various unskilled production duties at assigned work stations and, when needed, other stations with equivalent requirements.
- Fill in for other production employees due to absences, vacations, or production needs.
- Follow supervisor directions and company policies; adhere to safety procedures and properly use equipment and materials.
- Adapt to changing production requirements and maintain productivity. What We're Looking For
- No prior experience or training required.
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words; ability to print and speak simple sentences.
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, and lift up to 75 pounds; ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
- Ability to work in a loud environment with wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and extreme temperatures.
- Willingness to work a night shift (Mon–Fri 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM) and to support overtime or long hours as required.
