We’re seeking an experienced Quality Reviewer to audit work completed by raters evaluating a personalization feature within a maps/search experience.
As a Reviewer, you will ensure outputs meet formatting and guideline requirements, are logically aligned to scenarios, and include complete, accurate evidence.
Contract type: Freelance Language: French (Canada) Estimated volume: Approximately 30 hours per week, depending on the required review target and project volume. Start date: ASAP
What you will do:
- Review rater worksheets for compliance with formatting requirements.
- Verify that responses are logically correct and aligned with the assigned scenarios.
- Assess ratings and rationales for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Confirm that required screenshots, retrievals, and personalization evidence meet project guidelines.
