About this role
The Field Clinical Specialist will provide expert clinical and technical support, training, and education to physicians, hospital staff, and Boston Scientific sales teams on the safe and effective use of electrophysiology products during clinical procedures. The role involves supporting assigned accounts, troubleshooting clinical and technical issues, demonstrating products and systems such as FARAPULSE, and providing product training and education to customers and internal teams. The specialist will build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, hospital administrators, and other key healthcare stakeholders, identify customer needs, support product adoption, and collaborate with sales, clinical research, marketing, and technical support teams to resolve customer concerns. The position requires strong communication and influencing skills, the ability to explain complex clinical and technical information, adaptability in a fast-moving market, and extensive travel within the assigned territory.
