About this role
Swile is a global WorkTech company established in France in 2018, with a Brazilian presence since 2021 through the acquisition of Vee. Our Brazil operations include three legal entities and a Payment Institution authorized and regulated by the Brazilian Central Bank. We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to join the Legal, Compliance, Risk and Internal Controls team in Brazil. This is a hands-on role focused on shaping how our products, policies and business activities operate from a Brazilian regulatory perspective, and collaborating with local and global teams to identify scenarios and risks while supporting the business with minimal friction. You will contribute to new projects, strengthen the Compliance framework in Brazil, and work closely with the Central Compliance team in France. The position is based in São Paulo, SP, with an expectation to be in the office about three days per week.
Responsibilities
- Shape how our products, policies and business activities operate from a Brazilian Compliance and regulatory perspective
- Collaborate with local and global teams to identify scenarios and risks
- Support the business while avoiding unnecessary friction
- Contribute to new projects and strengthen the Compliance framework in Brazil
- Work closely with the Central Compliance team in France
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide guidance on regulatory changes and their impact on operations in Brazil
