Seven Starling is a remote, fully remote team focused on maternal mental health, including perinatal, early parenting, perimenopause, and menopause. We seek experienced clinicians who are passionate about facilitating online individual therapy and improving mental health outcomes for women, with a strong clinical foundation in evidence-based care. Responsibilities

• Lead individual therapy sessions in a telehealth setting
• Participate in supervision or consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive support as needed
• Work remotely in a fully flexible, but supportive environment

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Virginia and hold an active license as one of the following: professional counselor, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor, or psychologist

• Preference given to candidates with multi-state licenses that include at least two of the following states: AZ, DC, CA, KY, MD, NC, NV, NJ, OH, TN, TX

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in women’s mental health with a focus on maternal mental health and/or perimenopause

• Experience working in a telehealth setting and comfortable with technology

• Strong desire to improve mental health outcomes and expand access to care for underserved populations

• Comfortable learning new systems and experienced with electronic medical records

• Bilingual is a plus
