CENTRO DI COMPETENZA Service Engineering
Con un ruolo chiave nella diffusione della conoscenza tecnica sui prodotti RNG, supportando le strutture Service a livello globale e contribuendo alla gestione e ottimizzazione degli impianti. In particolare, ti occuperai di:
- Diffondere la conoscenza dei prodotti RNG alle strutture Service, favorendo autonomia operativa;
- Fornire supporto tecnico avanzato per la risoluzione di problematiche complesse;
- Raccogliere e condividere feedback su criticità legate a installazione e manutenzione;
- Supportare la creazione e aggiornamento delle procedure manutentive e di sicurezza;
- Contribuire alla stesura e diffusione di documentazione tecnica interna;
- Erogare formazione tecnica presso Training Center e on site;
- Collaborare con i diversi dipartimenti per il supporto su problematiche tecniche;
