- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Unit Sales Manager in a Life Insurance Company.
- Must have the capacity to recruit and manage a minimum of 10–15 Marketers.
- Strong leadership, recruitment and sales management skills.
