Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and results-oriented Unit Managers to lead, coach, and grow a team of Financial Advisors. The ideal candidate is a proven insurance sales professional ready to step into leadership, with the ability to recruit talent, develop advisors, and consistently deliver unit-level production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Financial Advisors to build a productive and motivated sales unit.
- Provide hands-on coaching, field accompaniment, and regular performance reviews to grow advisor productivity.
- Monitor unit sales pipeline and ensure advisors are consistently prospecting.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly unit production reports to the Head of Marketing.
- Ensure all team members operate in full compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline
- 3 – 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or unit leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding personal and team production targets in a life or general insurance environment.
- Ability to recruit, train, and retain productive Financial Advisors.
- Knowledge of life and general insurance products, commission structures, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and motivational skills.

- Basic Salary: N100,000 monthly.
