Overview
The Unit Manager will oversee day-to-day team operations, execute strategies to achieve sales and service goals, support property management, and drive business growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
- Master’s degree or additional real estate certifications is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in property sales, client relationship management, and business development.
- Understanding of Nigerian real estate and property development practices.
- Excellent organisational, communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and general computer literacy.
- Adaptability to hybrid work and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
