Role Description

• The Unit Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Lagos, with a mix of on-site work and flexible work-from-home arrangements. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of a designated unit, including coordinating property listings, supervising sales activities, and ensuring that client inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally. The Unit Manager will monitor performance metrics, prepare periodic reports, and support strategic planning for the unit to meet sales and service targets. This role also includes collaborating with internal teams, guiding unit staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Unit Manager will be expected to build strong relationships with clients and partners and contribute to continuous improvement of processes within the unit.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in real estate, property management, or related fields, with strong knowledge of Lagos property markets.

• Proven ability to manage operations for a small team or business unit, including planning, coordination, and performance monitoring.

• Strong client service orientation with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing tasks both on-site and remotely with minimal supervision.

• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

• Comfortable using digital tools and basic office software to manage records, reports, and communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
