About this role
About the Role Responsible for achieving the unit's business goals through quality recruitment and training of Financial Advisers, and developing business segments per company strategy. Reports to the District Manager. What You'll Do
- Recruit a team of Financial Planners as per the corporate strategy
- Ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed
- Develop various business segments as per the sales strategy
- Train Financial Planners working closely with the Training unit
- Uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with internal as well as external regulations What We're Looking For
- Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience; BSc or HND
- Critical Competencies: Sound knowledge of NAICOM regulations; Good communication and team-building skills; Training and motivation capabilities; Must have managed a team
