About the Role Union Organizer for SEIU-USWW Internal - Janitorial based in Sacramento, CA. The role supports organizing janitorial workers and advancing SEIU-USWW’s mission to empower low-wage workers in the property services sector. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute organizing campaigns to engage janitorial workers in the Sacramento area.
- Build member leadership and support SEIU-USWW’s advocacy on issues such as health care, immigration, racial equity, gender equity, and the environment.
- Recruit and mobilize members, coordinate outreach and activism in line with union strategy. What We're Looking For
- Minimum Experience: Mid-level (as specified in the posting).
- Strong communication, organizing and relationship-building skills.

- Salary Range: $79,776.20 – $88,790.73 per year.
