Job Summary
- This role leads, drives and is accountable for the underwriting strategy and performance of Personal Lines (excluding Motor and A&H) under the Retail segment in Hong Kong Business Unit, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Job Accountabilities
- Manage the portfolio for non-Motor, non-A&H and support Personal Lines new product development
- Lead the development of the underwriting strategy for Personal Lines (non-Motor and non-A&H) and oversees execution to deliver the required portfolio performance
- Identify opportunities and risks, using data and insights to make informed decisions and implementing changes as needed to achieve desired outcomes
- Leverage the knowledge of market trends and distribution dynamics, and design new products and services
