What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll run and provide internal reports using Excel as requested.

• You’ll assist with month end tasks, confirming numbers and reviewing reports.

• You’ll complete offboarding account requests.

• You’ll offer recommendations within your team and collaborate with other internal departments we support.

• You’ll complete contract renewals and policy exception requests.

• You’ll update tracking logs and enter/update account information into company database.

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

• You’ll have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Underwriting or business-related experience.

• You’ll possess an intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• You’ll possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You’ll demonstrate the ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.
