About the Role Deloitte is seeking a UKG PRO HCM Senior Consultant to lead Package and Technology Enablement with a focus on Package Functional Transformation. This role involves delivering implementation and transformation projects across multiple client locations in the United States.
What You'll Do
- Lead and deliver UKG PRO HCM workstreams focusing on package and technology enablement
- Design, configure, and optimize UKG PRO HCM solutions in line with client requirements
- Collaborate with clients and Deloitte teams to drive Package Functional Transformation programs
- Provide client-ready deliverables, test plans, and knowledge transfer
- Support integration with other HR systems and data migrations efforts
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to proposal and sales activities
What We're Looking For
- Experience implementing UKG PRO HCM solutions, especially around Package and Technology Enablement
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and Package Functional Transformation
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and work in distributed teams
Nice to Have
- Prior Deloitte or large consulting firm experience
- HRIS/UKG PRO certifications or deep product expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
