About the Role Volshauz is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create highly detailed and professional designs across websites, mobile apps, e-commerce, social updates, and case studies. You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive experiences and maintain visual consistency across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Approach highly detailed and professional designs for multiple platforms (website, mobile apps, e-commerce, social updates, case studies, etc.).
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to improve user satisfaction.
- Craft engaging designs for a multitude of projects across websites, apps, and marketing assets.
- Work closely with developers, stakeholders, and project team members to implement design solutions.
- Communicate design intent through wireframes, site maps, and user flows.
- Demonstrate a good eye for color selection and visual detail.
- Be a self-learner, quickly mastering new tools in a fast-evolving environment.
- Pay attention to detail and remain open to feedback.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to deliver effective design solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Familiar with responsive web designs to create applications that adapt to multiple screen sizes/devices.
- Ability to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive design approaches.
- Commitment to staying current with the latest standards, trends, and knowledge in visual design/UI/UX.
- Expert knowledge of the graphics production process.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
