UI/UX Designer (Remote)
Overview
Remote Growth Partners is seeking a talented and data-driven UI/UX Designer to join our remote team. This role is perfect for a designer who doesn't just make things look good, but understands how design impacts conversion. You will be responsible for designing websites, landing pages, and seamless user experiences, backed by data and testing.
What You'll Do
- Design websites, landing pages, and UX flows in Figma.
- Build wireframes and prototypes that map to clear user journeys.
- Apply visual hierarchy and responsive design best practices across all devices.
- Identify UX and conversion problems using funnel data, heatmaps, and session recordings.
- Form conversion hypotheses tied to design changes.
- Prioritize and structure A/B tests, and define success metrics.
- Optimize CTAs and landing pages based on test results.
- Report on what was tested, what worked, and why.
Requirements (Need to Have):
- Minimum 2 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Proven experience with website and landing page design.
- Strong skills in wireframing and UX flows.
- Expertise in responsive design.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong visual hierarchy skills.
- Prototyping experience.
