About the Role UX/UI Web Designer responsible for designing the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow for new web and on-device software applications. This role includes creating wireframes, mock-ups, process flows, and design specifications to guide development, with a strong emphasis on responsive and accessible design. This position is based in Arlington, VA with hybrid work arrangements. What You'll Do
- Design UI architecture, interfaces, and interaction flows for web and on-device software
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, process flows, and development-ready design specs
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure responsive and accessible design standards
- Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across products What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience
- Strong UI design knowledge and portfolio
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and basic JavaScript
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of responsive and accessible design principles Nice to Have
- Experience with Less or Sass
- Familiarity with wireframing tools and design systems Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000-$120,000 per year
