About the Role We are looking for a UI Designer who translates defined user experiences into compelling visual interfaces. Proficiency with Sketch or Figma is required to design interfaces for software products across devices and ensure a cohesive user experience. This role collaborates closely with UX, product and development teams to deliver high-quality, usable interfaces. What You'll Do
- Design modern, ergonomic, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web applications
- Develop and maintain a coherent design system to ensure a unified user experience
- Prototype interactions and flows to test concepts with stakeholders and users
- Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality of implementations
- Test ergonomic and visual quality in QA
- Write clear design specifications and visual guidelines
- Ensure HTML slicing/handoff to developers What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with UI design tools; strong knowledge of graphic tools like the Adobe Creative Suite
- Deep understanding of UI design principles: typography, colors, layout, visual hierarchy and ergonomics
- Expertise in designing reusable components
- Skills in interactive prototyping and interface animation
- Ability to perform HTML slicing/handoff to development
- Bac+3 minimum in graphic design, interactive design, UX/UI design or equivalent
- A design certification (Adobe Certified Expert, Figma, or equivalent) is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI designer
- Participation in at least 3 UI design projects, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments Nice to Have
