UHNW Personal Assistant – Based in PA

A UHNW Principal is seeking an experienced, highly discreet Personal Assistant to provide exceptional personal, lifestyle, travel, and administrative support. This is a high-touch role for someone who is proactive, polished, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. This position is based in a remote area of Pennsylvania, it will require relocation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex calendar, appointments, errands, and personal commitments.
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel and accompany the Principal as needed.
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues.
• Coordinate with household staff, vendors, drivers, security, and service providers.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Manage last-minute requests and changing priorities with professionalism.
• Support special events, reservations, purchases, and lifestyle needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, Family Office, or similar experience.

• Experience supporting a UHNW individual, executive, entrepreneur, celebrity, or high-profile family required.

• Extensive travel experience and a valid passport.

• Exceptional organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail.

• Absolute discretion and confidentiality.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours.

• Ability to travel extensively and respond to urgent needs as required.
