About the Role ZF Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Údržbář) to perform regular and operational maintenance of production machines and other equipment at the Frýdlant site. The role includes preventive maintenance, inspections, fault diagnostics, and support with installation or replacement of parts for electrical and mechanical systems in production and office environments. What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of qualified maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance and regular equipment inspections.
- Repair and replace components, adjust, tune and lubricate equipment according to technical manuals.
- Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment in production facilities and offices.
- Carry out general electrical work according to electrical diagrams and technical documentation.
- Diagnose faults and perform emergency repairs.
- Work with electrical systems up to 1000 V.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and carry out urgent repairs of equipment and systems.
- Apply specialized measuring and control tools for setup and calibration.
- Use a range of electrical hand tools, including testers. What We're Looking For
- Experience in maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems; ability to work with electrical systems up to 1000 V.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to perform emergency repairs.
- Ability to install, maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment in production and office environments.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset and readiness to work across tasks including dismantling, repairing, replacing and reassembling equipment.
- Proficiency with measuring and control tools and with calibration.
- Willingness to work with electrical instruments and tools, including testers. Nice to Have
- Experience using specialized measuring and control tools for adjustment and calibration.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and handling high-voltage environments up to 1000 V. Compensation & Benefits
