About this role
Partners with the Paint Shop in problem solving activities and provides technical solutions on process and material issues. Performs color harmony and appearance evaluation on series vehicles. Ensures the quality of paint delivered to the Plant Paint Shop. Conducts paint compatatibility testing for materials and consumables. Reviews and approves incoming paint batches for color. Understands and models VPS (Value Added Production System) Principles and concepts of Standard Work and Problem Solving. Adheres to 6S and Safety Standards and Principles Performs other duties as assigned by management.
