About this role
岗位职责：
- Conduct testing work on products such as power tools and garden tools in accordance with relevant standards or regulations.根据相关标准或法规进行电动工具、园林工具等产品的测试工作。
- Assign test tasks, track test progress, and guide test engineers to complete test work;分配测试任务，跟踪测试进度，指导测试工程师完成测试工作；
- Supervise the daily experimental operations of laboratory engineers to ensure safety and quality within the laboratory.监督实验室工程师日常实验操作，以确保实验室内的安全和质量。
- Complete other work assigned by the Laboratory manager.完成实验室经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
- College degree or above, with a background in electronics and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, communication engineering, automation engineering, or other science and engineering fields preferred;大专及以上学历，电子电气、机械、通信、自动化、等理工科专业背景优先；
- More than three years of relevant laborator
