About the Role This position is for an information security and IT service management system auditor who performs both on-site and off-site audits according to documented procedures and customer requirements. The auditor may lead audit projects, manage documents and databases, deliver business introductions or seminars, and support sales activities from a technical perspective. What You'll Do
- Perform management system audits on-site and off-site according to documented procedures and customer requirements, including report writing.
- Lead assigned audit projects in accordance with customers' special requirements.
- Input or update documents/databases (e.g., SAP and ICMS) or transfer data to the person in charge.
- Maintain and improve auditor qualifications through experience exchange, monitoring audits, self-study and training on standards, industries and techniques.
- Deliver business introductions/seminars.
- Support sales activities in technical aspects. What We're Looking For
- Possess ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000 auditor qualifications, and be a CCAA national registered auditor, or have completed all required exams in this field.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Security / Information Technology / related fields (e.g., Information and Computing Science, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Communications Engineering, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, AI) preferred.
- 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years in management, technical R&D services, or related to information security or information technology.
- Open, proactive and honest personality; able to travel frequently and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated with strong commitment to work.
- Good written and oral communication in Chinese and English.
