About the Role EY-Parthenon is seeking a Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy Executive to join the MENA team. You will work on high-profile transactions, delivering strategic advice to help clients navigate financial and operational challenges and maximize value in distressed asset situations or restructuring initiatives. What You'll Do
- Assist clients in evaluating capital options, maximizing transaction value, and achieving strategic objectives—whether through the acquisition or sale of distressed assets, business restructuring, or enhanced cash management.
- Support the preparation of comprehensive financial reviews of client operations, and provide advisory services on corporate risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams from various strategy and transactions sub-service lines.
- Contribute to practice development initiatives that promote a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, while influencing and advising key decision-makers. What We're Looking For
- Experience in turnaround and restructuring with strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to navigate distressed asset situations and contribute to high-profile transactions.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and advise senior leadership; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented team player capable of working across cross-functional teams.
