Job title: Turnaround Coordinator
We are seeking a Turnaround Coordinator at Copenhagen Airport to coordinate aircraft turnaround activities ensuring safety, efficiency and on-time performance. This is a part-time, permanent role that supports daily airport operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate ground handling and turnaround activities for arriving and departing flights
- Collaborate with ramp, operations, catering, cleaning and dispatch teams to meet schedules
- Monitor turnaround times, identify delays and implement corrective actions to minimize disruption
- Ensure adherence to safety, security and aviation procedures and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with flight crews and service providers to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For
- Experience in aviation ground handling, ramp or operations is preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings and potential night time
- Proficiency with basic IT systems and shift documentation
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of airport safety regulations and operational standards
- Experience with turnaround coordination tools or software
