As an ABA Para, you’ll work one-on-one with a child on skills that can make a real difference in everyday life.
🎯 Help build important life skills — from communication and following directions to social interaction and independence.
🎲 Make learning FUN! — use play, games, activities, and positive reinforcement to help a child practice new skills.
🌱 Celebrate progress, big and small! — every new attempt, every breakthrough, and every step forward matters.
🤝 Be part of a team — work with guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and follow an individualized treatment plan designed around the child’s needs.
💜 No two sessions are exactly alike. You’ll have opportunities to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact while helping a child reach their goals.
