About the Role This Trust & Safety Specialist role focuses on supporting law enforcement response within Instacart's Trust & Safety team, ensuring platform safety and compliance with applicable laws. What You'll Do
- Manage and respond to law enforcement requests in coordination with internal teams to provide required data while maintaining user privacy and security.
- Investigate safety incidents and policy violations related to enforcement requests and contribute to decision-making.
- Document investigations, maintain thorough records for audits, and help improve enforcement processes and workflows. What We're Looking For
- Experience in trust & safety, investigations, or law enforcement coordination.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally under pressure.
- Familiarity with data privacy, legal holds, and incident response concepts.
