Position: Trust & Safety Analyst (Content Moderator)

SCOPE OF WORK

Review and moderate user-generated content to keep the platform safe and compliant with community guidelines.
Review text, images, and media for policy violations and take action on harmful or inappropriate content.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to higher management.
Meet expected time and quality standards.
Participate in continuous training programs to stay current on policy and platform changes.

Nationality: Vietnames nationals only.
Education: Minimum high school diploma (required); college education preferred.
Language: English proficiency: B1–B2 (both written & spoken).
Skills: Typing speed ≥30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Competency: Ability to handle sensitive/disturburing content professionally.
Experience: Having Como experience is a high recommend.
⏰ WORK SCHEDULE
Working days: 5 days/week (any 2 days off).
Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
INCOME & BENEFITS
Total Salary: 11,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month
Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Night shift allowance: 30% base salary
Monthly KPI incentive: 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month (Depend on your performance)
Probation Period: 2 months (Receive 100% salary in probation time).
