Job Description

• Cut stock width and operate splicer ensuring proper functioning
• Confirm tolerance and specs of product
• Verify stock tags and overall quality
• Perform changeovers as needed
• Move empty and pull cassettes into storage slot
• Heavy work; Frequent lifting/ carrying up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequent bending and reaching; occasional squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, and twisting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience needed

• No relocation assistance is offered for this position

• ENVIRONMENT

• New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes evenings and weekends.

• The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.

• The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.

• HOURLY PAY

• The hourly starting rate for this position is $28.20. The hourly rate will increase to $29.75 per hour after training is complete (6-12 weeks of training).This position is also eligible for a quarterly incentive program.

• This role will be eligible for shift differential which is added onto your hourly rate. The additional shift differential is $0.20 per hour for evening shifts, $0.40 per hour for overnight shifts, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts.

• Pay rate is based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
