About the Role The Truck Sales Executive will drive truck and vehicle accessory sales within CFAO MOBILITY in South Africa, focusing on building relationships with customers and achieving dealership targets. This role requires proactive sales activity, product knowledge, and professional representation to move from selling vehicles to mobility solutions.

What You'll Do

• Attend to walk-in customers and telephonic queries promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer prospecting and actively engage in business development initiatives.
• Establish a daily call scheduling system to follow up on prospective leads.
• Follow up on existing customers according to the company schedule and develop a “Spotters” network.
• Ensure vehicle unit and accessory sales align with dealership/franchise requirements and maintain gross profit targets.
• Introduce customers to accessories and additional services (warranty/service/insurance) and manage handover procedures if the vehicle is prepared and delivered.
• Maintain showroom conditions for demonstrators/company cars and support administrative duties.
• Participate in product and industry knowledge updates; attend sales meetings and training.
• Admin: keep documentation up to date, maintain records, and ensure monies are collected at delivery.
• Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate professional appearance and behavior.

What We're Looking For

• Grade 12 or equivalent; tertiary qualification in Sales/Marketing beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years’ commercial truck sales experience in the motor industry; proven track record with references.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written); computer literacy.
• Clean criminal record; valid and unendorsed SA Code 8 driver's license (Code EC advantageous).
• Knowledge of the sales cycle, the retail motor industry; cold calling methods.
• Strong client relationship-building, negotiation, and persuasive influence.
• Honest, self-motivated, able to work unsupervised with a disciplined work ethic.

Nice to Have

• Code EC driver's license.
