Truck Driver – Finished Goods Delivery
The Truck Driver – Finished Goods Delivery is responsible for the safe, timely, and compliant transportation of whey protein, cheese, and other dairy products to customer locations and distribution centers. This role involves operating refrigerated and/or dry van equipment, maintaining product quality and temperature control, and ensuring compliance with all safety and food-grade handling standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver finished dairy products to customers and distribution centers
- Ensure on-time deliveries according to assigned routes and schedules
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation of equipment
- Load and unload products using appropriate material handling equipment
- Verify shipment accuracy against delivery documentation (BOLs, invoices)
- Maintain accurate logs for HOS, mileage, and compliance with DOT regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience (food-grade or refrigerated preferred)

Experience with refrigerated equipment and temperature-controlled transport preferred

Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service

This role is part of the Logistics team and collaborates closely with dispatch, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure efficient delivery operations and high service standards. Strong communication, teamwork, and accountability are essential to success in this role.
