Trimmer – Debone

About the Role Join Bachoco USA as a Trimmer – Debone in the Debone Department (Cone Lines 3-4). You will assist in the production of quality chicken products by operating high-speed processing lines, loading and arranging breast meat and tenders, and monitoring equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. What You'll Do

• Set up/tear down workstation and line as required; Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed; Properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned
• Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly
• Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products
• Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner
• Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms
• The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 pounds

• While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places; toxic or caustic chemicals; outside weather conditions and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and adhere to safety and quality standards
• Must be able to stand for long periods, walk, and reach with hands/arms
• Ability to visually inspect and grade product; identify and remove unacceptable items
• Ability to work in wet/humid conditions and in a loud environment
• Must be able to lift/move up to 25-40 pounds
• Willingness to work the shift from 4:55 P.M. – EOS and adhere to safety protocols Compensation & Benefits
• Pay rate: $18.50 per hour (USD)
