About this role
About the Role Join Bachoco USA as a Trimmer – Debone in the Debone Department (Cone Lines 3-4). You will assist in the production of quality chicken products by operating high-speed processing lines, loading and arranging breast meat and tenders, and monitoring equipment to ensure safe, efficient production. What You'll Do
- Set up/tear down workstation and line as required; Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed; Properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned
- Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly
- Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products
