Obowiązki

• Będziesz odgrywać kluczową rolę w opracowywaniu i doskonaleniu materiałów szkoleniowych dotyczących produkcji łopat turbin wiatrowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem nowoczesnych systemów cyfrowych i wizualizacji procesów. Twoim zadaniem będzie tworzenie szkoleń, które są praktyczne, angażujące i dostosowane do potrzeb pracowników fabryki, wspierając ich naukę i codzienną pracę na hali. W tym:
• Projektowanie i optymalizacja materiałów szkoleniowych w procesie Layup — obejmujące analizę obecnych i planowanych rozwiązań, przygotowanie map procesów pokazujących, jak pracujemy dziś i do czego dążymy, standaryzację materiałów oraz współpracę z innymi zespołami przy definiowaniu ich wymagań — wszystko w duchu doskonałości, innowacji i odpowiedzialności
• Badanie i rozwiązywanie problemów szkoleniowych z wykorzystaniem ustrukturyzowanych metod, takich jak 5x Why, Fishbone Diagrams
• Stosowanie zasad ciągłego doskonalenia z wykorzystaniem narzędzi jakości Kaizen w celu redukcji strat, poprawy efektywności i zapewnienia jakości końcowych materiałów szkoleniowych

Kwalifikacje

• Wykształcenie z zakresu inżynierii produkcji lub kierunków pokrewnych
• Certyfikat Train the Trainer lub podobne kwalifikacje szkoleniowe
• Kilka lat opracowywania i planowania materiałów szkoleniowych głównie dla pracowników niewykwalifikowanych
• Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego; znajomość języka polskiego będzie atutem
• Znajomość CAD
• Gotowość do podróżowania w celu wspierania wielu lokalizacji Vestas
• Doświadczenie w szkoleniu pracowników produkcyjnych

Kompetencje

• Umiejętność oceny luk kompetencyjnych oraz definiowania celów szkoleniowych zgodnych z celami biznesowymi
• Znajomość teorii i praktyk dotyczących uczenia dorosłych, blended learning i metod szkolenia poprzez doświadczenie
• Doświadczenie we współpracy z kierownikami inżynierii i ekspertami merytorycznymi przy tworzeniu funkcjonalnych treści szkoleniowych
• Zapewnienie zgodności szkoleń ze standardami ISO, przepisami BHP i politykami wewnętrznymi
• Znajomość systemów LMS (Learning Management Systems) i narzędzi e-learningowych
• Samodzielność, orientacja na wyniki, dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność efektywnej współpracy
• Gotowość do spędzania czasu w środowisku fabrycznym w celu zrozumienia procesów i wspierania rozwiązywania problemów

Our aim is to create a world-class engineering hub with robust processes and capabilities, delivering consistent, high-quality support across all manufacturing sites while setting new standards in manufacturing excellence

The Training team is responsible for creating and managing process-specific training materials, including videos and documentation, as well as developing and maintaining the training roadmap, covering key PFMEA elements. The team supports implementation of training at specific sites as needed. It consists of 1–2 engineers and is part of the larger Lay-up Department, which includes 10–16 highly skilled engineers divided into five teams: Process, Tooling, Documentation, Operational Support, and Training

Responsibilities

• You will play a key role in developing and improving training materials for wind turbine blade production, with a focus on modern digital systems and process visualization. You will ensure training is practical and engaging, tailored to factory employees, and support their learning and performance on the shop floor
• Design and optimizing training material within the Layup process: analysis of AS IS and future state of our training material and systems, create Process Roadmap and plans for the present and future states, define training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed of others, standardization of generic layup training materials, be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
• Investigating and solving training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone Diagrams
• Applying continuous improvement principles using quality tools Kaizen to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor of manufacturing engineering or alike level

• Train the Trainer or other training education

• Some years of developing and planning training materials mainly for unskilled workers

• Fluent English, Polish language will be valuable

• CAD understanding

• Willingness to travel to support multiple Vestas sites

• Training of shop floor employees

• Competencies

• Ability to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals

• Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats

• Experience collaborating with engineering managers and subject matter experts to develop functional training content

• Ensuring training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies

• Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and well-organized with effective collaboration skills

• Willingness to spend time in the factory environment to understand processes and support problem-solving
