Treasury Manager
Hybrid remote in São Paulo | Full time
Responsibilities

Consolidate the financial information from all group companies to ensure accuracy and completeness in cash positioning and Accounts Receivable’s reporting.

Partner with regional finance teams to monitor and improve DSO performance, strengthen collection processes and reduce overdue receivables.

Partner with regional finance and business leaders to ensure alignment on cash flow forecasting, working capital initiatives and treasury processes.

Identify opportunities for improving Treasury processes, performance (including working capital) and reporting efficiency, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.

Support the Company’s capital structure strategy by evaluating financing alternatives, investment opportunities, and new equity deployment decisions in alignment with business objectives.

Manage the Company’s debt portfolio and funding strategy, including new loans negotiations and refinancing initiatives.

Ensure compliance with all debt agreements, treasury policies, and financial covenants, proactively identifying risks and coordinating corrective actions when required.

Develop treasury team members while promoting best practices, process standardization, and Company´s culture across the treasury function.

Focus on automation of processes, streamlining of the local activities, evaluation and implementation of AI solution where applicable

Modelling of Financial Instruments (Debt, Derivatives, Investments)

Job Profile
-
Education: Bachelor’s in economics / business / accounting / engineering or similar

Required Experience: 8 to 10 years of relevant Finance and Treasury experience, preferably in companies with multiple country operations

Technical Knowledge: Cash Flow forecasting and management; Credit and Collection; Relevant experience in Treasury and Finance reports; Debt Management; Financial Covenants monitoring; Financial Risk Management, Derivatives, Hedges

Other skills: Excel expert user; VBA / Python / R codes are a plus; Critical thinking; Analytical skills; Solutions oriented; Works well under time pressure; Team player; Multi-Cultural exposure is a plus

Languages: English fluent / Spanish advanced
