About the Role
As a Treasury Supervisor leads the fund operations team, ensures smooth daily cash and fund operations, accurate reporting, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fund and cash management operations
- Approve fund transactions, reconciliations, and reporting schedules
- Monitor liquidity, cash positions, and fund allocations
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead preparation of fund and cash reports for management
- Manage, coach, and evaluate the performance of the fund operations team
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in financial industry.
- Strong understanding of cash management, fund operations, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in treasury systems and advanced Excel
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese for stakeholder communication
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
