Job title: Treasury Analyst

About the Role The Treasury Analyst is part of Marex's Treasury Department and will support core treasury functions to ensure accurate and timely management of liquidity, funding, and cash flow. The program emphasizes professional development and cross-functional collaboration with Front Office, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to uphold Marex's commitment to integrity, efficiency, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with collateral and margin management activities, supporting repo transactions, derivatives, and clearing obligations to ensure timely settlements.
  • Support the preparation and analysis of liquidity and cash flow reports, enabling monitoring and forecasting of funding needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to support cash movements, credit line management, and financing activities.
  • May be asked to assist with the identification of liquidity, interest rate, and FX risks, contributing to risk mitigation through analysis and recommended actions.
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance treasury efficiency and strengthen treasury controls.
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments and industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable bodies.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework and internal policies; escalate risk events as required.
  • Provide input to risk management processes as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in a related field.
  • Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship (including CPT/OPT).

Nice to Have

  • Interest in and/or experience with treasury operations such as collateral/margin management, repo, derivatives, and clearing obligations.
  • Willingness to engage in process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulatory developments and industry standards a plus (SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC).
