What You'll Do
- Act as the first-in-command on large Industrial, Manufacturing and Infrastructure projects.
- Lead multiple union crews, drive schedules, coordinate resources, and ensure safety compliance across sites.
- Champion site safety and program compliance; communicate with project teams and subcontractors.
- Travel to project locations and manage on-site operations as required.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of industrial experience.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage schedules.
- Experience coordinating union labor and enforcing safety standards.
Nice to Have
- Experience on large heavy industrial builds; familiarity with construction management practices.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic travel schedule and multiple sites.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year.
- Location: Livonia, Michigan.
