About the Role OPC Contracting, Inc. is a premier national general contracting company based in Ohio, servicing commercial construction needs across more than 29 states. We are seeking a Traveling Asphalt Superintendent to join our growing team to oversee Walmart Parking Lot projects at multiple sites. This is a travel-intensive supervisory role focused on on-site execution, safety, quality, and on-time delivery. What You'll Do
- Supervise crews on asphalt, concrete, and earthworks
- Coordinate materials and equipment
- Manage project schedules and site logistics
- Ensure safety and quality standards
- Travel to multiple Walmart parking lot sites as needed What We're Looking For
- 3+ years asphalt, concrete, and earthworks experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong scheduling, communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel and work at varying site locations
