About the Role
Join Navan's Global Operations and Service team to directly support travelers and deliver best-in-class customer experience. As a front-line role, you’ll resolve issues, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback to product and engineering to improve our platforms. What You'll Do

Assist travellers with best-in-class travel support through chat, phone, and email.

Maintain extensive supplier, destination, and system knowledge.

Analyze customer needs, urgency, and personas to respond quickly and accurately.

Provide accurate information for hotel, flight, car, and rail bookings.

Help users self-serve on the Navan platform and app.

Respond to customers within SLA requirements.

Follow travel, expense, and compliance procedures.
-
Share progress and performance feedback with stakeholders.

Stay up-to-date on product launches, supplier updates, and industry changes.

Build travel industry knowledge to set the standard for support.

Adhere to attendance and complete required training.

Meet individual performance metrics aligned to company objectives. What We're Looking For
-
4+ years in a TMC/BT consultant role covering air, rail, and hotel.
-
2+ years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) at intermediate level — mandatory.

IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2).

Customer service experience in a contact center or customer-facing role.
-
Tech-savvy with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and Navan internal platform.

Flexible with non-traditional shifts (early mornings, late evenings, weekends).

Ability to multitask and resolve urgent matters quickly.

Empathetic, professional demeanor.

Independent thinker who uses available resources to troubleshoot.
