About the Role Navan is rapidly growing, expanding its platform across multiple points of sale and GDS systems. As a Travel Operations Analyst - Hotel rate loading you will play a critical role in configuring and maintaining accurate rate access codes, managing hotel chain data, and ensuring smooth operations for our global hotel and lodging solutions. You’ll work closely with Client Success, Operational teams, GDS partners, and hotel suppliers and will ensure our customers rates are accurately filed and bookings reflect negotiated discounts. What You'll Do
- Hotel Rate Loading and Contract Management: Ensure all negotiated hotel rates and requirements are accurately and promptly loaded into the GDS systems and Navan platform
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure rate accuracy in GDS
