Summary:
- Respond to requests from employees and internal/external partners within defined quality standards and service level deadlines.
- Support employees and internal/external partners in the use of CBS/P information systems (Employee Portal, Chatbot, SAP Concur, etc.), in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing processes and associated tools, and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders (Business Support or Business Specialist), while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze the quality of chatbot responses and implement necessary updates, including adding new questions, updating answers, defining keywords, and testing the relevance of content with users.
